Hello! Theres a few "endpoints" here:
/locations.json - waffle house locations, their schedules, and status
/locations.pbf - the same as above, but as a protobuf
/locations.pbf.json - the same as above, but converted back to json for debug purposes

Data is cached on the CDN to live for 10 minutes, so fetching more frequently than that won't do you much. 

Possible openingStatus values (i've seen at least):
- 'open' - yay!!!
- 'temporarily_closed' - fuck...
- 'permanently_closed' - bruh
- 'not_selected' - information isn't entered into google my business profile. we go off the posted schedule to figure out if any modifications are happening to the schedule
